The food and beverage program at Scratch is based on the premise that even the things that we love we experience differently in a world of ever changing times and circumstance. We take a fresh look at what the natural environment and local economy can offer us and we translate what we find into imaginative menu items that are designed to highlight the bounty of the region and the talents of our kitchen and bar staff. 

The service philosophy at Scratch is that everyone who walks over our threshold, whether regular guest or stranger, will know that they are welcomed and appreciated for the persons that they are and that we are honored to create memorable experiences with them.

Featuring bunches of crazy concoctions made of the best of PA spirits, a rotating wine list and beers all sourced within 300 miles of the restaurant: the Scratch Beverage Program is dynamic and designed to cater to a wide array of drinking proclivities.
